How long are the appointments?
Your first appointment will be between 60-90 minutes long. Follow up appointments will be 20 minutes long.
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance. If you would like to submit your visit to an insurance company, we will happily give you a superbill that you can give to your insurance company.
Do I need to do anything before my first appointment?
After scheduling your initial appoitment you will receive an email with a link to paperwork that you will need to fill out.
How much do appointments cost?
A new patient appointment costs $200.
A follow up appointment costs $90.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments need to be canceled with at least 24 business hours notice. Any cancellations after this time will be charged for their appointment.
Can I use my HSA?
Most HSAs will be covered, however, check with your HSA provider for more details
